Provide maintenance service such as security updates and troubleshooting of the installed system.
The maintenance services are as follows.
This service is provided by SSH remote access. You need to accept the remote login from us by modifying SSH config file.
Security updates run once a week at scheduled times. It will be provided as a one-time service.
The basic charge of troubleshooting or Additional Supports is a deposit (4 hours). If you exceed 4 hours (Online Chat, Mail Reply, Debugging and so on), you will be charged for additional cost $40/hour.
Note: For issues caused by devices that cannot be managed from our side (such as routers), we cannot guarantee a 100% resolution. Regarding additional support requests (custom configurations), we also cannot guarantee that the requested changes can be implemented, as they may affect other operations.
