The maintenance services are as follows.
- Security Update
- Troubleshoot for the wrong operation of the system
This service is provided by SSH remote access. You need to accept the remote login from us by modifying SSH config file.
Security updates run once a week at scheduled times. It will be provided as a one-time service.
The basic charge for troubleshooting due to the wrong operations is a deposit (3 hours). If you exceed 3 hours, you will be charged for additional cost $30/hour.
