Intercom System

FLEXISIP + LINHOME

Intercom System

SIP-compatible intercom systems can be integrated with a platform consisting of a Flexisip server, an account management system, and the Linhome client application.

Using a smartphone or other mobile device, users can remotely view visitors and communicate through the intercom from anywhere. In addition, functions provided by the intercom itself, such as door unlocking and lighting control, can be operated remotely.

The system is not limited to intercoms from specific manufacturers. Multiple SIP-compatible devices, including security cameras and other SIP-enabled equipment, can be registered, managed, and controlled from a single platform.

Because SIP-compatible intercoms may differ in specifications and implementation depending on the manufacturer and model, we offer compatibility testing and operational verification prior to service deployment, ensuring that the system functions reliably in your environment.

Intercom Operation

System Implementation Steps

Operational in Cloud or Local Environment

Step 1

Pre-Deployment Testing

Before service deployment, we conduct a compatibility assessment to verify that your SIP-enabled intercom system operates correctly with both Flexisip and Linhome.

During the testing period, we will provision a temporary SIP account on our system and perform functional testing while adjusting configuration parameters as needed. Final verification of system operation will be carried out directly by the customer.

Once successful operation has been confirmed, you may proceed with the service purchase process, after which we will move forward with the full deployment.

Step 2

In Which Machine will You Install it?

As the deployment destination, options such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or locally-owned computers in the company premises or at home are considered. Configuration for remote operation via SSH will also be set up.

Step 3

Install The System and Test Running

We build and deploy the server applications and web contents required for the system in a manner compatible with either Docker container environments or direct installation on host PCs. After deployment, the system is operated in a test environment to verify functionality, operational stability, and security. Configuration adjustments and modifications are performed as necessary to establish a stable operating environment.

Step 4

Start System

System operation is then commenced. If required, we also provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance services as part of our continuous support offerings. In addition, if you have any requests or would like to discuss customization options, please feel free to contact us.
