Grant the role as a VPN server by installing WireGuard on the instance by AWS. By importing a home server to which a fixed IP is not assigned as a peer of this VPN, it is possible to operate as a home server to which a fixed IP is assigned.
The relationship between the VPN server (instance) and the peer (home server) corresponds to the relationship between the home router and the PC connected to it.
